My name is Samira, I am 35 years old from the Netherlands. I have a family of 2 beautiful little girls and a 1 year old labrador. We live happily near the beach.

Growing up, I lived my life thinking I didn't have a problem in the world (while on paper I kind of did). I used every escape that was possible to not having to feel what was going on inside of me.

I happily started travelling the world, not knowing I was actually looking for freedom within myself.

I created many coping mechanisms for dealing with my less-than-perfect childhood. Most of all I felt unworthy, not good enough and blocked within myself.

I felt so stuck that I started feeling claustrophobic at times. Dealing with this, I did hypnotherapy in 2016 and started training as a hypnotherapist, which was my first step towards a positive change.

Although I consider myself down to earth, I have always been fascinated by spirituality and personal growth. This has led to a lot of studies and courses.

Little by little I became more and more free and intuitive and during my personal awakening I start to come home to who I truly am. It was a beautiful experience that I am very grateful for, but also one of the most challenging and difficult periods of my life.

However, going from fear to love, ego to soul and head to heart, is the most beautiful thing you can achieve and I wish that for everyone.

Often we need a crisis to finally wake up but why? Why don't we always allow ourselves to grow back into our essence.

Why don't we allow ourselves to come home to who we truly are.

I have my PSBK (Basis Psychosocial Knowledge) diploma which in the Netherlands is necessary to work as a therapist, however unfortunately my programs are not being reimbursed by the health insurance.
