In the Western world we are often tempted to look for feelings of love, happiness and gratitude outside of ourselves. And what we often do not realise is that these feelings have actually been present within us all along.

True love is self-love and you can also find true happiness within yourself. However, many people have lost this connection with themselves because these feelings are buried under layers of old traumas and repressed childhood pain. As a result, you might keep looking for things outside yourself, even though you are already complete.

It is important to restore this deeper connection with yourself and allow the love and happiness you seek to flow from within.

It all starts with healing your inner wounds and by embracing your true essence.

However, for many people it can be challenging to look within themselves. It often feels safer to stay in your head and avoid painful emotions and thoughts. Understandably, doing the inner work is not easy, but it is the key to personal growth and healing. Without acknowledging  the darkness, you cannot fully experience the light.

When you are willing to take an honest look at yourself and confront your deepest fears and pains, you begin the process of healing. It can be quite a journey but ultimately it will lead to more inner peace, self-acceptance and connection with yourself and others.

The Soul Awakening program is a 1-year group program. My goal is to create a community and safe place for healing, support and connection with likeminded people.

This program is specially designed for people who have already started a healing journey and who need guidance and support during this process. It is intended for those who really want to look deeply within and are willing to do the inner work necessary for personal growth and transformation.

The goal of this program is to live from your true essence and fully embrace who you truly are. It is a journey of self-discovery, self-love and spiritual growth, where you are given the space to heal, grow and flourish at all levels of your being. Together we will work to release limiting beliefs and patterns, heal old wounds and embrace your unique strength and potential. By following this program, you will pave the way for a life full of joy, love and fulfilment, in which you are fully empowered and radiate from within.
